The Community Center fee is $25 with a security deposit of $75.
The Lumberton Community Center fee is $50 with a security deposit of $150.
The $75 ($150 for Lumberton) security deposit will be returned to you within 4-7 business days if you clean the center and do not damage the building (i.e: no tape, thumbtacks, or staples allowed on walls or ceilings).
Please inspect the building before you use it and make someone aware of any issues. The buildings are inspected daily. If you damage the Community Center in any way, you will be held liable and lose your security deposit.
