The application forms consist of a checklist, Owner/Operator Certification, and GMP Certification Acknowledgement.  The checklist provides the details of what is required to file for a permit to operate any of the various styles of establishments or facilities. The owner/Operator form is for those who have multiple parties involved from land owner to the actual business operator listed. Good Manufacturing Practices certification is needed in Lamar County within 18 months of first obtaining any of the appropriate permits.  We have an acknowledgement form that must be supplied which reaffirms the position of the County’s requirement.
