After February 1st, when paying the total amount, you MUST add .50% (per month) to the total tax bill! Example: If your tax bill is $150.00, then you must pay $150.75 after February 1st. On March 1st, you would pay 1% or $151.50, etc.
All delinquent mobile home and personal property taxes must be paid thru American Financial Credit Services Inc. 1-888-317-2327.
